Woodlawn Needlework Show

 Thank you to all who have lent us their work for the Woodlawn Needlework Show to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary this year. Diane C. worked our intake this morning. Thanks, Diane. From what I have seen, it's going to be a wonderful show. 

January 2023

 Happy New Year! 2023 marks our 40th year as a Chapter of the Embroiderers' Guild of America. So Happy Anniversary to us!

We have many members who are headed to Camp Wannastitch in Ocean City for five days of stitching. Looking forward to seeing us all at the beach again!

And our January 28th meeting will be at the North County Government Center in Reston.

We'll be having a business meeting, a class, and a little pizza party just like last year.

The class has us using some donated perforated paper from Barbara, a former member and past president.

October Meeting Wrap Up

 There were a lot of us in a not large room on Saturday at the Herndon Fortnightly Library.

We still managed to have a table with donated stitching stuff. Two tables of IFFs (I Finally Finished). Had a business meeting, ran a class, and did lots of socializing.

Next meet up is the Holiday Luncheon in December at the River Creek Country Club. Details and coupon are in the newsletter.
