December Party
Today we had a special guest at our Holiday Luncheon. Rosie the Riviter visited with us. We learned many interesting facts and met Walter Pigeon and Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. Even knowing about rationing during the war, I hadn't thought about thread and fabric being scarce. I'm sure there was lots of upcycling going on.
Lots of door prizes!

September UPDATED
Unfortunately some of us returned from National Seminar with Covid-19. I am attempting to catch up on things. Like tonight should be stitch in public at the Reston Wegmans at 6:30.
Anyone is welcome to go. But I am going to take a pass tonight.
Also Saturday we will be meeting at the Herndon police station at 10 a.m.

We’ll be stitching in public on August 16th at the Reston Wegmans. Mezzanine level of the Cafe from 6:30- 8:00 p.m.
